We recommend that you try the recipe below using the Oti Home Pure Classic Cast Iron Grill :
Ingredients:
- a beef or veal steak
- a wand
- 2 tablespoons of horseradish paste
- 2-3 ripe peppers preserved in vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- a generous handful of rocket leaves
- ½ bunch of green parsley
- salt and pepper
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
Grill the beef on both sides, as desired.
Meanwhile, finely chop the roasted peppers, the green parsley and crush the garlic cloves in a press. Add salt, pepper and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Mix everything right on the chopper and spread the composition on its surface, forming a bed for the steak. When the steak is ready, roll it in the sauce on the chopper and leave it there to rest.
The baguette is cut lengthwise. Brush both sides with a little olive oil. Spread the horseradish paste in the baguette.
Add the rocket leaves. The beef steak is cut diagonally into thin slices, seasoned and also placed in the sandwich.
Put the rest of the roasted pepper sauce on top of it and close the sandwich.
