Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 300 g of pasta
- a can of tuna in olive oil (160 g)
- A few anchovy fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 g of broccoli cut into florets
- a few dried tomatoes
- a teaspoon of capers
- bottarga to taste (optional)
Method of preparation:
Boil the pasta, according to the instructions on the package, of course "al dente".
Heat the Oti Home wok and add the oil from the can of tuna. Add the garlic cloves pressed with the knife, and a few anchovy fillets. After a few minutes, the oil has become aromatic and the garlic cloves can be removed. Add the broccoli florets and sauté until desired consistency. We recommend everything "al dente". If needed, add a little more pasta water. When the broccoli is cooked, add the canned tuna and turn off the heat.
Flip into the wok and drain the pasta. To taste, add capers and diced dried tomatoes. They will be like a taste surprise when you serve the pasta. We recommend leaving it for 5 minutes before serving, so that the flavors combine. They are served with grated bottarga.
