We recommend that you try the recipe below using the Oti Home classic enameled cast iron pan :
Ingredients:
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 large red onion
- 3-4 cm of ginger
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 can of coconut milk
- oil for frying
- salt
Method of preparation:
Chop the onion into large pieces. Peeled ginger, cut into rounds. The hot pepper is cut in the same way.
Cut the wings in half and put them in a pot, when boiled, in coconut milk and water. Add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of curry and the chopped vegetables.
Boil for 10 minutes and remove hot on a grill to drain and dry.
In the meantime, wash the pan, wipe it dry and heat the oil in it. Fry the wings in an oil bath.
