We recommend that you try the recipe below using Oti Home classic pure cast iron pot with lid :
Ingredients:
- 500 g white beans
- 4-5 large onions
- 2 red kapia peppers
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- Bay leaves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
Boil the beans so that the beans remain whole. Mix with cumin (optional). The water in which the beans were boiled is kept.
The stove is heating up. Cut the julienned onion and saute in olive oil with salt, pepper, thyme, paprika and bay leaf. When the onion is browned, remove it from the tin.
Then, a layer of beans, one of onions is placed in the tuci and repeat until the ingredients are finished. It ends with a layer of beans, on top of which julienned peppers are placed.
Carefully add the water in which the beans were boiled and place in the hot oven for 30 minutes.
