Customer service

  1. Registration and account creation

The customer is any legal entity or any natural person over the age of 18 who has all legal rights to validate an order. By selecting the "order payment" icon, the Customer confirms and guarantees that he is in full legal rights to accept the terms and conditions.

Before placing the first order and personalizing their own virtual space, the Customer must define a name and a password consisting of at least 6 alphanumeric characters and containing at least one digit (a check for the uniqueness of the registration will be carried out by the system ). otishop.ro cannot be held responsible for erroneously entered information, which may result in delivery delays or other problems. In this context, all transport charges incurred for the reshipment of the order will be borne by the Customer.

The history of transactions made between otishop.ro and the Client can be consulted at any time on the website in the "Account" section, where the most recent orders placed are displayed.

The prices of the products and services presented on the website are expressed in RON (RON) and include all taxes, except for transport fees. The prices are applicable at the moment of validation of the order by the Customer. The displayed prices include VAT, and all legal changes regarding the amount of this tax will be reflected in the price of the products and services present on the website at the time of entry into force of the respective normative act.

If the price of the product or some of its characteristics were incorrectly entered in the otishop.ro databases or displayed incorrectly, and the delivery was not made, it reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and notify the Customer as soon as possible about the error that occurred.

 

Delivery Methods

Dear Client,

Now it's easier than ever to choose Oti Shop products!

Every order placed Monday to Friday before 12:00pm will be delivered to the courier on the same day, with estimated delivery on the next working day. For example, if you placed an order on Monday at 10:30, you will receive the products on Tuesday, and if you placed the order at 12:30, it will be picked up by the courier on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday (the example is valid for working days).

1. Shipping charges
We provide direct shipping to the address you have filled in. The ordered products will be delivered through the FAN Courier network. The delivery fee is calculated according to the destination and the weight of the package and is automatically displayed in the shopping cart before completing the Order.

2. Delivery terms
Under normal conditions, the delivery time of the products purchased through the otishop.ro online store is between 1 and 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation, in the time interval selected by you when placing the order. If there are exceptions to this rule, you will be notified immediately by email, waiting for your acceptance according to the delivery term.

Cash on delivery or cash on delivery

Regulations regarding the use of the Oti virtual gift card:

 

  • can have a value between 50 and 500 lei.

Return policies and warranty

Regulation regarding the free return service

Canceling the purchase is a free service offered to customers of Oti General Trading SRL, a commercial company with limited liability, organized according to Romanian law, with headquarters in Bucharest, sector 3, Bd. Theodor Pallady no. 51, Calculation Center Building, Floor 1, registered at the Trade Register with no. J40/3412/2010, tax registration number RO26728203.

Through this service, Oti Shop customers can return for free within 14 calendar days the products purchased on the otishop.ro website, according to the Terms and Conditions of return provided in these Regulations.

This service does not affect the right of withdrawal provided by GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, for contracts concluded at a distance.

Customers who cancel the purchase, requesting the return of a product, will obey the rules of this Regulation, accepting it in full.

otishop.ro customers are the direct beneficiaries of this free service.

They can be individuals or legal persons who purchased products from otishop.ro.

How can you return the products purchased on otishop.ro?

Products bought on otishop.ro can be returned within 14 calendar days:

  • by completing Return Form displayed on the site in the section Shopping information accessible from the user account of the site https://otishop.ro/account or
  • unequivocal statement in which the buyer expresses his decision to withdraw from the contract, the receipt of which will be confirmed (email).

The term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the delivery date of the product purchased on otishop.ro; in the case of an order containing several products, the term of 14 calendar days is calculated from the date of delivery of the last product in the order.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any other costs.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) of the presentation: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do it in a store.

You bear the responsibility for any possible diminution in the value of the products, if following the verification of the conformity, properties and functionality of the products it is proven that this devaluation was caused by improper handling by you.

Conditions relating to the returned product

It is recommended that the returned product be in the same condition in which it was purchased or delivered:

  • Have all components and accessories;
  • The product must be returned safely, as far as possible in the original packaging to avoid damage during handling and/or transport.

Products that are not accepted for return

Communication with the customer will be done in writing to the email address with which the initial order was made. The amount related to the return will be returned by bank transfer.

Oti General Trading SRL will issue a cancellation invoice with the value resulting from the evaluation and will reimburse the customer the respective amount of money, including the initial delivery costs if they were borne by the buyer.

The return amount, which appears on the reversal tax invoice, will be refunded to the customer via the same payment method. If the order payment was made with a bank card, the refund will be made by the same payment method within 3 days at most from the date on which Oti General Trading SRL takes possession of the returned product, but no more than 14 calendar days from the moment Oti General Trading SRL is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

How long will it take for us to refund your return?

Reimbursement will be made in no more than 3 days from the date on which Oti General Trading SRL takes possession of the returned product, but no more than 14 calendar days from the moment when Oti General Trading SRL is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract .

If there are no non-conformities and the products meet all the return conditions mentioned above, the employees of Oti General Trading SRL will proceed to draw up the applicable financial-accounting documents, in accordance with the legal provisions (return/advance invoice, provision for compensation, provision of payment, receipt). The data required for the preparation of the above-mentioned documents refer to: name, surname, domicile, series and no. CI, bank account, as applicable. We will use personal data for the purpose of drawing up financial-accounting documents, according to the legal provisions in force. If you do not wish to provide this data, the return of the products is not possible even if they fall within the return conditions presented above, as we cannot comply with tax legislation.

Costs and special fees for canceling the purchase : all costs are borne by Oti General Trading SRL

Oti General Trading SRL may refuse to cooperate with consumers who have abused the right to cancel the purchase. Their notification will be made prior to the imposition of restrictions on the sale of products or services.


Product warranty

Unless otherwise specified, products are guaranteed for 30 days. During this period we will replace the product or refund the money within 14 days of the customer's notification and verification of the product's manufacturing defect by Oti. The transport costs in the case of a non-conforming product produced due to Oti's fault are borne by it.

To benefit from the warranty, the products must have been used according to the purpose for which they were made.

 

 

Promotions and contests
