We recommend that you try the recipe below using a classic pure cast iron pot with a lid .

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 pieces of pork neck
• 2 hands of pork leg cubes
• 3 pieces of pork ribs
• 2 fresh sausages
• Oil
• Salt, paprika, thyme – to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Cut the neck and ribs into suitable pieces, and the flesh into cubes.

2. Heat up the classic pure cast iron skillet well with 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add the pieces of meat and brown them gently, over low heat, stirring constantly.

3. Sprinkle salt, paprika and thyme for an authentic taste and continue to cook until the meat is tender and well browned.

4. After the sausages and ribs get a golden crust, lower the heat and stir from time to time, so that all the flavors blend together.

The secret of the taste: The classic pure cast iron pot keeps the heat evenly, so the meat becomes juicy and well browned, without burning.
